OVER Rooftop: Restaurant, Mixology e Sushi

On the eighth floor of Hotel Plaza Opéra, OVER is the restaurant of choice for guests of both properties — and for anyone who wants to experience Palermo from a different perspective.

 

A refined, circular cuisine — ingredient-driven and full of surprises — alongside a sushi counter serving the finest fish in the city and an exclusive mixology programme. The panoramic terrace offers one of the most beautiful views over the rooftops of Palermo: the right place to begin an evening, or to end one worth remembering.
